PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing barrier ribs is provided to achieve improved luminescence efficiency, while allowing for a smooth air evacuation. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises the first step of producing a lattice type mold(68), the second step of forming a green sheet on a substrate, and the third step of forming lattice type barrier ribs by pressing the green sheet by using the lattice type mold. The lattice type mold has the first groove(68a) having a predetermined height, and the second groove(68b) having a height lower than the height of the first groove, wherein the first groove and the second groove are formed to cross with each other. |
