PURPOSE: An apparatus for eliminating electric potential remaining in system is provided to reduce a time required to operate a system by discharging an electric potential remaining in a decoupling capacitor of a system. CONSTITUTION: A power supply delay section(105) delays a power on/off signal supplied from a power supply. A power supply switch section(110) is operated according to the power on/off signal from the power supply delay section(105) and switches a power supply to the system. A first remaining electric potential eliminator(120) and a second remaining electric potential eliminator(130) is operated according to a delay power on/off signal through an electric potential elimination delay section(125) and control a discharge of an electric potential remaining in the system.
