PURPOSE: An Internet time capsule is provided to offer precious information to a person on a proper time for the purpose of giving a motive and enhancing consciousness. CONSTITUTION: An information provider(10) inputs the information contents to be offered, an offering time, and an offering method to a web server(20) through the Internet. If the information is important or is attached with an article and goods, the information is notarized by an external certification organization(30). The information is informed to an information receiver(50) on a proper time desired by the information provider(10) through various media such as an e-mail, a post, and a telephone by a time capsule system(40). The information receiver(50) receives the information according to a condition fixed by the information provider(10) by connecting to the time capsule system(40), and a progress process and a result are stored in a post-management system(60).
