PURPOSE: A method for automatically transmitting a video signal is provided to obtain information about a user who tries to use a cellular phone whom the user picks up. CONSTITUTION: When a terminal power is turned on(201), a user inputs a password to the terminal(202). When a wrong password is inputted more than a predetermined number of times(206), a camera is operated to photograph a person who inputs the wrong password(207,208). The photographed picture is automatically transmitted to a predetermined network address(209). The photographed picture is automatically stored in a memory. It is checked whether a photographed picture that has not been automatically transmitted to the network address exists in the memory. In the case that the picture exists in the memory, the picture is automatically transmitted to the network address.
