The arrangement has an annular space (5a) in a radially outer shaft (2) into which a radially inner shaft (1) protrudes with an outwardly directed protrusion (5b), that can be filled with a hydraulic medium in siphon manner via an entry region (5d) under centrifugal force and that has at least one opening (7) for carrying away at least some of the medium. The annular space is formed by first and second shell parts (8,9) on the second shaft.
