PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate various problems caused by the use of an adhesive by constituting a laminate 10 wherein a substrate material 11 and a skin 12 are integrally laminated without using the adhesive. SOLUTION: In the laminate 10 wherein the substrate material 11 and the skin 12 are integrally laminated to each other, the substrate material 11 comprises a thermoplastic resin being a principal constituent component, the surface to which the skin 12 is laminated of the substrate material 11 has a large number of projected parts 11a and the substrate material 11 and the skin 12 are mutually bonded by the adhesive capacity developed by heating the projected parts 11a.
