<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of improving a game property by associating a variable display in a normal pattern display device with a variable display in a variable display device thereby to increase interest on a display. <P>SOLUTION: When a display mode in the variable display device 310 becomes the display mode disadvantageous to a player via a ready-to-win mode, a prescribed hiding pattern for hiding one of the pieces of identification information forming the disadvantageous mode in the variable display device 310 is made to appear on condition that a prescribed noticing pattern is displayed on the normal pattern display device 140. Thereafter, the identification information is varied again in the variable display device 310 in connection with the hiding pattern.
