PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for coating fine particles which enable the surfaces of the fine particles to be certainly coated in a short period of time while hardly causing any coagulation of the fine particles.

SOLUTION: The method for coating the fine particles comprises coating the surfaces of the fine particles with a homogeneous coating layer with definite thickness. The surfaces of the fine particles are coated with a coating substance by spouting from a nozzle 6 a supercritical suspension of the fine particles suspended in a supercritical fluid with the coating substance dissolved therein using a container driven medium mill or a medium stirring mill 2.
