摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a vehicle allowing suitable solving of various problems between a turning behavior stabilizing operation by a stabilization control device of a turning behavior and an operation of a driving system device such as a hydraulic power transmission having a direct-coupled clutch, an automatic transmission, or a limited-slip differential clutch. <P>SOLUTION: When a determining means 172 (SB3) of in-operation of turning behavior control determines the in-operation of the stabilization of the turning behavior by a turning behavior controlling means 160, a changing and suppressing means 184 (SB61 and SB71) of a power transmission state suppresses change of the power transmission state of the driving system of the vehicle. Therefore, when driving force control is intended to be performed using output torque of an engine 10, sufficient accuracy of the driving force control is obtained even when the torque ratio t changes in response to an engaging state of a lock up clutch 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p>
