<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film showing high interlayer adhesive properties, excellent resistance to heat and solvent and flame retardancy, and to provide a method for manufacturing this laminated film. <P>SOLUTION: The laminated film is formed of a resin layer A and a resin layer B laminated, in that order, on both sides of a thermoplastic resin film. The resin layer A is constituted of a polyester resin or a constituent component composed mainly of the polyester resin, and the resin layer B is constituted of a polyamide acid or a resin composed mainly of the polyamide acid.
