PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rooftop-greening and automatically watering system which can stabilize the vegetation of a rooftop, has economical and good applicability, and can improved an existing structure. SOLUTION: A solar battery panel 1 is separately disposed from a building, and connected to a pump 2 via an electrically conductive cable. A water tank 3 is disposed in the lower portion of a roof M or in the underground, connected to an existing water service pipe 10, and further connected to a piping 9 disposed just under a rain gutter 8 attached to the roof M.
