PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball shooter for pachinko machines which can shoot pachinko balls almost vertically by a stable striking force and with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A ball striking hammer 20 is fastened directly on a rotating shaft 21a of a rotary solenoid 21 so as to keep the center of gravity of the ball striking hammer 20 below the center axis of rotation under the standby position. When a current is applied to the rotary solenoid 21, the ball striking hammer 20 is turned to swing up. A hitting part 20a of the ball striking hammer 20 hits the pachinko balls 32 set on a shooting guide 22 through a hitting spring 27. The ball striking hammer 20 finished with hitting is returned to the position before the swinging up thereof. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
