PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that marker supporting frames are located on the outside of a boarding and alighting step to thereby obstruct operation and cause trouble in boarding and alighting through the boarding and alighting step from a sulky operating part when line drawing markers are housed in housing positions in a rice transplanter of prior art and to make a driver readily board and alight even when the line drawing markers or side markers are located in the housing positions. SOLUTION: This rice transplanter is obtained by installing a boarding and alighting step for making the driver board and alight near the outside of a main step installed in the sulky operating part, arranging and providing the marker supporting frames for supporting the markers so as to locate on the outside of the boarding and alighting step and arranging the boarding and alighting substep on the outside of the marker supporting frames in the housed positions. Each spatial part communicating with the outside when viewed in a plane is provided between the boarding and alighting step and the boarding and alighting substep. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
