<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a food packaging having improved preservability without using a food additive and alcohol sterilization. <P>SOLUTION: This food packaging has (a) ≥0.70 water activity (Aw) of the cooked food, comprises (b) a packing material composed of a plastic having 1.0-4935.0 ml/m<SP>2</SP>day/MPa carbon dioxide gas transmission amount, has (c) ≥30% carbon dioxide volume content in the space of the packaging and (d) 0-15°C temperature of the packaging. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
