PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bobbin for supply and its recycling use method which facilitate working by a small core winder when thermal transfer sheets or image receiving sheets of different sizes (widths) are taken up to the bobbin for supply, enable using thermal transfer sheets or image receiving sheets of different sizes (widths) at various thermal transfer printers, and moreover prevent any trouble in recycling to use the bobbin for supply without discarding the bobbin. SOLUTION: The bobbin for supply 1 is constituted of a take-up shaft 4 and a flange 2 detachable from both ends 61 and 62 of the take-up shaft 4. In handling to take up the thermal transfer sheet or image receiving sheet 10 into a small wind, the thermal transfer sheet or image receiving sheet 10 is taken up to the common take-up shaft 4 even when the thermal transfer sheet or image receiving sheet 10 has a different width, and the flange 2 fitted to both ends 61 and 62 of the take-up shaft 4 is shaped to conform to various kinds of thermal transfer printers.
