PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polypropylene fiber for reinforcing cement in which deterioration in strength properties caused by heating treatment such as autoclave curing is prevented, and which has excellent strength properties and dimensional stability even in autoclave curing at a temperature of≥165°C. SOLUTION: The polypropylene fiber for reinforcing cement is obtained by subjecting a resin composition obtained by blending 100 pts.wt. polypropylene resin with a 0.2 to 1.0 pts.wt. hindered phenolic compound to extrusion molding and drawing.
