PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging structural body capable of easily assembling a relatively firm structural body, and mitigating any shocks from the outside on a product to be accommodated. SOLUTION: This packaging structural body 100 packages a product P. The packaging structural body 100 comprises a packaging box 1 having an accommodation space S, and a cushioning material 30 which is disposed in the accommodation space S of the packaging box 1, accommodates the product P, and mitigates any shocks from the outside on the product P. The packaging box 1 comprises a bottom side part 110, a first side surface 2 to a fourth side surface part 5 continuous to the bottom side part 110, and a top side part 120 to close the accommodation space S formed of the bottom side part 110 and the side surface parts 2, 3, 4 and 5. The cushioning material 30 comprises a bottom protective part 210 to mitigate any shock from the outside of the packaging box 1 on the product P, and a side protective part 200 to mitigate any shocks from the outside of the packaging box 1 on a side part of the product P. The top side part 120 of the packaging box 1 has an upper protective part 300 to mitigate any shocks from the outside of the packaging box 1 by covering an upper part of the product P.
