PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent weeds from entwining with tine shafts by arranging an entwining preventing tool in a rectilinear state, and simply and readily mounting the tool in an apparatus for removing the entwined weeds of a center driving rotary tiller. SOLUTION: This apparatus for removing the entwined weeds of the center driving rotary tiller is obtained by supporting tilted tine shafts 15 in a left and a right lateral parts of a transmission case 22, protruding the horizontal tine shafts 2 outward from the left and right tilted tine shafts 15 and mounting a plurality of tines 3 through tine brackets 4 at an interval in the shaft direction and peripheral direction in the tilted tine shafts 15 and the horizontal tine shafts 2 and other tines 3 present on a line connecting the tines 3 at both ends of each horizontal tine shaft 2. In the rotary tiller, the nearly rectilinear entwining preventing tool 6 is arranged between the tine 3 adjacently arranged on the inner side of the tine 3 at one end of the horizontal tine shaft 2 and the tine 3 at the other end or the tine 3 adjacently arranged on the inner side of the tine 3.
