<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste liquid treatment method that maintains the decomposition treatment capacity of chlorine type organic gas and has an excellent treatment capacity and a waste liquid treatment apparatus using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The waste liquid treatment apparatus is equipped with a solvent separation part 11 for separating a chlorine type organic solvent in a waste liquid, a first gasifying treatment part 12 for gasifying the chlorine type organic solvent remaining in the waste liquid after solvent separation treatment, a collection part 17 for collecting a substance other than the chlorine type organic solvent contained in the waste liquid gasified by first gasifying treatment, a second gasifying treatment part 15 for gasifying the chlorine based organic solvent remaining in the waste liquid after first gasifying treatment and collection treatment, a photo-oxidative decomposition treatment part 20 for decomposing the chlorine type organic gas, which is gasified by the first and second gasifying treatments, by photo-oxidation, a post-treatment part 22 for adsorbing, absorbing and neutralizing decomposition product gas formed by photo-oxidative decomposition treatment and a control part having a sequencer for controlling the operations of the respective parts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
