PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a heat exchanger with which such trouble as to plug an opening hole at the end part of a heat-exchanging tube with a brazing filler metal, can be prevented. SOLUTION: On the outer peripheral surface of the heat-exchanging tube 20, the brazing filler metal layer 40 is laminated. The brazing filler metal layer 40 is peeled off from the end side of the tube 20 and also, the end part of this tube 20 is inserted into an inserting hole 12 in a header 10. Further, the peeled part 41 of the brazing filler metal layer 40 is put in a corner part 7 between the outer peripheral surface of the header 10 and the outer peripheral surface of the tube 20 or at this neighborhood. In this state, the end part of the tube 20 is joined with the header 10 by heating and melting the brazing filler metal layer 40. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
