PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder body of a printing machine and a printing machine equipped with the same allowing to restrain the occurrence of a paper flaw farther than usual and to easily change a flaw protection member. SOLUTION: The cylinder body of the printing machine is equipped with a curved plate member as a paper support member supporting the paper internally. The curved plate member is constituted such that the same is able to be set and removed with separating a partial angle area among the total angle area around the axis line of the cylinder body from other area.
