PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating solids adsorbing dioxins which can safely decompose the dioxins adsorbed on the solids such as active carbon and fly ash. SOLUTION: In the method for treating the solids adsorbing the dioxins, the solids adsorbing the dioxins, after being contacted with an oxidizing agent, are contacted with a reducing agent.
