摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen wire mesh which is excellent in permeability, mesh opening accuracy, anticorrosion and anti-fatigue property. SOLUTION: The screen wire mesh is woven by using high anticorrosion ferrite stainless steel wire having at least 20% of elongation and containing C≤0.02 wt.% and 19 wt.%≤Cr≤21 wt.%. The screen using this wire mesh extremely enhances the mesh opening accuracy and is able to screen classify powder particulate very sharply. The screen wire mesh has the permeability and improves the anti-fatigue property and the stress corrosion crack resistance, thereby enhancing the production efficiency for long term continuous operation of the screen classifying device.
