PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dry the lees of Shochu (Japanese distilled spirit) by a vacuum drier to use the dried product of the lees of the Shochu as a fodder, and to use the condensed water by feeding the condensed water to a redistillation column and a rectifier to provide a 96 vol.% ethyl alcohol, β-phenethyl alcohol and acetic acid, and to use waste water stored at skirt parts of both columns as a recycled water with the class one industrial water grade.

SOLUTION: This apparatus is constituted of a body (2) of the vacuum drier, a condenser (9), a condensed liquid tank (23), a bubble cap tray-type redistillation column (27), a packed rectifier (33), a storage tank (30) of 96 vol.% ethyl alcohol, a storage tank (35) of 96 vol.% acetic acid, a storage tank (36) of 96 vol.% β phenethyl alcohol, and the reverse osmotic membrane (38).
