PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a mold for forming a structure having minute protruded parts by using a plastic structure, which is formed by precisely forming an uneven structure on the surface of a plastic as the master mold of the mold without generating an environmental problem such as environmental pollution or recycling.

SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the mold for forming the structure having minute protruded parts includes a process A for forming the master mold for the mold by forming the minute protruded parts protruded from the interior of the plastic on the surface of the plastic by irradiating the interior of the plastic with laser beam of ultrashort pulses with a pulse width of 10-12sec or less to form the master mold for the mold, a process B for covering the surface of the master mold for the mold formed in the process A with a mold material and a process C for separating the mold material cover layer formed in the process B from the master mold for the mold as the mold.
