<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control production costs while preventing a nut from falling. <P>SOLUTION: A screw hole which is separated from the lower surface of an upper mold 1 and turned upward is engaged with a support member 3 suspended from the upper mold 1, and the diameter of the support member 3 is approximately equal to the diameter of the screw hole. After molding, a through hole 17 from the end face of the cover 10 to the screw hole of a cap nut 16 can be formed in a resin cover 10. A bolt 40 can be inserted into the through hole 17 of the cover 10 and engaged with the screw hole of the cap nut 16. A cured resin 18 can be set between a bearing surface around the screw hole of the cap nut 16 and the end face of the cover 10. During fitting and use, the part 18 of the cured resin acts as a stopper in the axial direction so that the cap nut 16 can be immobilized in the axial direction to prevent the cap nut 16 from falling. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
