<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip structure capable of regulating a grasping force of a clip to meet a using state such as a thickness of an object to be engaged, a grasping degree or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The clip structure comprises a clip body (10), a sandwiching part (12) formed between the body (10) and an element (40) for clamping the body (10) to sandwich an element (50) to be clipped of a thin element by a sandwiching part (12) formed between the body (10) and the element (40), and a regulator (30) capable of regulating a gripping force for gripping the element (50) by the body (10) by pressing the body (10) to the element (50) side.
