PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely match a plurality of cuts intermittently formed on a film to grooves formed on a continuous part between the cuts. SOLUTION: The laminator comprises a cutter 1 having a state of a circular blade 2, and a cutter backup 8 extended in a widthwise direction of the film 9. The laminator further comprises a continued blade 3 at an outer peripheral edge of the blade 2. The backup 8 has a film supporting surface 10. The surface 10 supports the film 9 at an opposite side to the cutter 1 via the film 9. A plurality of recesses 20 are intermittently disposed along a longitudinal direction on the surface 10. When the blade 2 is rolled on the film 9 supported to the surface 10, the blade 2 forms a plurality of intermittent cuts on the film 9, and simultaneously forms grooves cut in a depth not arriving at the entirety of the thickness of the film 9 while the film 9 is pressed into the recesses 20.
