PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a sugar-added condensed milk product, capable of effectively and industrially producing the excellent product which is difficult to be distinguished from sugar-added condensed milk produced by a conventional method. SOLUTION: This method for producing the sugar-added condensed milk-like dairy product comprises feeding skimmed concentrated milk, cream, cane sugar, and skimmed milk powder in an appropriate amount for controlling concentration to a tank having functions of warming, cooling, agitating, homogenizing, and degassing the fed materials, then warming and holding, and further cooling and seeding the materials. The sugar-added condensed milk-like dairy product is produced by only using the tank and an externally-installed heat exchanger which assists a jacket of the tank in the warming and cooling as producing facilities. A turbo-mixer which is developed and made by Scanima Co., Denmark as a powder-dissolving machine is selected as an example of the facilities fitting for the purpose. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
