<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment instrument for cutting organism tissue that can easily cut the organism tissue such as a blood vessel. <P>SOLUTION: This treatment instrument 18 for cutting the organism tissue is provided with a body 40 inserted in the body; a tip treatment part 40a provided at the tip of the body 40 to cut the organism tissue; and electrode 42, 43 provided at the tip treatment part 40a to electrically cut the organism tissue.
