PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adult paper diaper prevented from side leakage such as a paper diaper, a urine taking pad and a pants type paper diaper particularly for men. SOLUTION: A male genital organs storage bag is provided inside the adult paper diaper, and the male genital organs are enclosed therein. The male genital organs storage bag is formed of a waterproof elastic material, and the lower part 2 is of inverted U-shape or inverted V-shape. The bottom part is integral with side gathers 3, 4 and performs the important function of preventing the projection of the tip of the male genital organs and the side leakage of urine.
