PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost housing container for liquid cosmetics, etc., which can surely prevent the liquid cosmetics, etc., from leaking between a housing container body and a mouth member even without using a packing and can surely prevent the housing container body from being corroded by the liquid cosmetics, etc., housed therein. SOLUTION: The housing container for the liquid cosmetics, etc., comprises the housing container body which is formed by using a metallic sheet of aluminum, an aluminum alloy, etc., formed with a synthetic resin film on one flank thereof, is molded in a manner as to form the synthetic resin film on the inner flank and is opened in the upper part to permit housing of the liquid cosmetics, etc., therein, the mouth member made of a synthetic resin material which is formed with a fitting part to be fitted and fixed to cover the upper opening of the housing container body and a cap fitting part in the outer peripheral part in the upper part of this fitting part and a cap which is attachably and detachably fitted to the cap fitting part of the mouth member and is mounted with a rod-like coating applicator to be housed in the housing container body from the mouth member.
