PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reversing machine for a drainage ditch, capable of automatic reversion with simple operation. SOLUTION: In the reversing machine for the drainage ditch, an upper beam 1 is lifted up by a wire 9 and a space between the upper beam 1 and a lower beam 4 is enlarged, whereby a gripping member 7 turnably provided at the end of an approximately truncated-chevron-shaped link material 5 is turned to the inside and patch members 6, 6 are fitted to the inner wall of the drainage ditch A. In this condition, with further lift-up of the wire 9, the weight of the drainage ditch A is applied on the gripping member 7, the gripping member 7 is slid upward, the patch members 6, 6 pushes up the bottom of the drainage ditch A in linkage therewith, and the drainage ditch A is automatically reversed in reaction therewith.
