PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To beautifully recover and bloom a natural flower in the solution of a beverage for appreciating the appearance or enjoying scent and to prevent the flower from becoming an obstacle when drinking the beverage. SOLUTION: In this technology, a weight not to dissolve a harmful object in the solution of the beverage is directly wedged in the freeze-dried natural flower and the flower is prevented from being floated on the surface of the solution by its buoyancy while lying down so as to be beautifully bloomed in the solution of the beverage.
