MODULAR TYPE HOME DIALYZING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for automatically priming the dialyzer of the extracorporeal circulation circuit in a simple and extremely reliable modular type home dialyzing system automating all of processes, requiring only the minimum labor of a patient, advantageous from an aspect of cost and made movable.

SOLUTION: In the method for automatically priming the dialyzer of the extracorporeal circulation circuit, the dialyzer has a membrane and the blood side and dialyzing fluid side thereof. This priming method is performed in artificial kidney equipment as it is and includes a step for substantially filling the extracorporeal circulation circuit and the blood side of the dialyzer with a liquid, a step being a step inducing a plurality of short pressure pulses in the liquid of the extracorporeal circulation circuit and the blood side of the dialyzer and removing the air bubbles of the membrane on the blood side of the dialyzer from the blood side of the membrane by a plurality of the short pressure pulses and a step for guiding air bubbles from the blood side of the dialyzer to remove them from the extracorporeal circulation circuit.
