<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prefilled syringe excellent in operationality, eliminating an operation to retract a plunger on introducing liquid. <P>SOLUTION: A syringe 1 is a prefilled syringe with a medicament 6 being already stored in a first hollow space 91 and is equipped with an outer barrel 2, a gasket 3, a plunger 4 and an obturation member 5. The gasket 3 is slidably provided within the outer barrel 2. The plunger 4 is coupled to the gasket 3 to move and operate it. The obturation member 5 air-tightly obturates an opening of the forward end of the outer barrel 2. The obturation member 5 has an insertion aperture 51 for the plunger 4 to penetrate. The plunger 4 has a close-contact sliding part 41 which slides with its peripheral surface in close contact with projection parts 52, 53 of the insertion aperture 51. The first hollow space 91 positioned at the leading end side of the gasket 3 and a second hollow space positioned at the forward end side thereof, are in a depressurized state, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
