PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weight tape for curtain in which lead harmful for a human body is not used. SOLUTION: Inside a sleeve string 2, a number of weights 3 are inserted at intervals. After the insertion, the sleeve string 2 is extended in a lengthwise direction (direction A) to be shrunk in a cross-sectional direction (direction B) so that the weights 3 can be fixed.
