The I nvention concerns mass-exchange devices used for the preparation mud solutions used in oil-producing and building industry. A mass-exchange device contains a tank for liquid, a source of compressed gas, a source of vacuum and pulser. The pulser is divided by flexible membranes into several capacities, one of which is equipped with a pipe, lower part of which is located in the tank for liquid, and remaining capacities with the help of the conduit and valves are connected with the sources of compressed gas and vacuum. The invention allows obtaining high quality rheological indices of solutions for shorter time interval and at lower specific power consumption.
