PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the degree of freedom of arrangement of a motor rotationally driving a rotor and smooth the rotation of the rotor. SOLUTION: The rotational driving force of a stepping motor 140 is transmitted to a rotor 100 by a synchronous belt 150 installed with slight play on a driving pulley 148 attached to the stepping motor 140 and a driven pulley 132 attached to the rotor 100. As a result, the stepping motor 140 can be mounted, decentered in a desired direction from the center of rotation of the rotor 100 and the degree of freedom of mounting of the stepping motor 140 can be increased. The elasticity of the synchronous belt 150 and the slight play help the rotor 100 smoothly rotate. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
