PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cleaner capable of certainly preventing the leakage and leaching of a sealant toward a liquid crystal panel and enhancing the productivity by improving a yield in a manufacturing process and having the liquid crystal panel good in appearance. SOLUTION: The water cleaner 1 integrally incorporates a display part 4 for displaying the use amount of water or the like of a water cleaning cartridge 3 on the liquid crystal panel 6 and a water cleaner main body 2. The display part 4 is constituted so that a liquid crystal panel housing part 7 having the liquid crystal panel 6 housed therein is provided in a display case 5 and a groove part 8 opened to the back surface side E of the display case 5 is formed to the interior of the display case 5 so as to surround the liquid crystal panel housing part 7. An elastomer 12 is housed in the groove part 8 while a printed circuit board 9 is arranged on the back surface side E of the liquid crystal panel 6 and a fixing frame 10 for bringing the elastomer 12 and the contact surface 13 with the printed circuit board 9 to a pressure state is fixed to the back surface side E of the display case 5 and sealed from the back surface side E by the sealant 11.
