PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shrink lamination with a shading property, which has the shading property superior enough to maintain a ultraviolet permeability of 3% or less and a visible light permeability of 10% or less, has a superior post-printing white color concealing property, and is provided with a designing property with high brightness. SOLUTION: A heat-shrinkable synthetic resin film 1 is provided with at least a thin metal film 2 to give the shading property to the shrink lamination 10 with the shading property, which is manufactured.
