PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a pinch roll of a coiler from marking a bruise (top mark) caused by biting the tip of a material to be rolled which is hardened by local temperature drop. SOLUTION: When performing a hot endless rolling where metallic materials the tensile strength TS at room temperature of which is≥450 MPa are joined, the finish rolling of which is continuously performed, which are cooled, cut and separately coiled, the cooling in predetermined cutting parts is locally reduced by tracking the predetermined cutting parts.
