PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that miniaturization, the reduction of voltage and weight reduction are difficult and discharge noise or NOxis generated. SOLUTION: The cleaning device of water tank is equipped with an air pump 2 for introducing air from the outside, an electrolytic ozone generation means 4 for electrolyzing air supplied from the air pump 2 through an air flow channel to form ozone gas and an air diffusion means 5 for diffusing air containing the ozone gas into the water in the water tank. The electrolytic ozone generation means 4 is equipped with a first ozone generation element 13 having an anode 13a and a cathode 13b, an anode side air flow channel 12a provided on the side of the anode 13a to supply air for ozone generation reaction to the anode 13a and a cathode side air flow channel 12b provided on the side of the cathode 13b to scatter and evaporate water formed in the vicinity of the cathode 13b by ozone generation reaction.
