PURPOSE: An ultrasonic cleaning device and a method thereof are provided to clean optimally, and to remove standing wave by detecting cleaning condition and generating various output frequencies corresponding to the kind of cleaned materials. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic cleaning device comprises a power circuit(101) supplying alternating current to generate wave for washing; a rectifying circuit(102) rectifying and outputting alternating current from the power circuit to direct current; an oscillating circuit(103) generating wave for cleaning according to direct current, and outputting the oscillation frequency by changing parameter according to interface signals from a second interface circuit(110); an amplifying circuit(104) amplifying and outputting wave from the oscillating circuit; a transmitter(105) converting the amplified wave to microwave and irradiating the microwave for cleaning; a receiver(106) converting the microwave into the electric wave by receiving signals according to load of a washing tub; a first interface circuit(107) outputting the interface signal according to the electric wave; an adder(108) adding the interface signal from the first interface circuit to the reference frequency of selected material to be cleaned; a microprocessor(109) outputting the control signal to clean optimally and remove standing wave according to the signal from the adder; and the second interface circuit outputting the interface signal according to the control signal from the microprocessor.
