A method for aluminizing by precipitation from gaseous phase for the protection against oxidation at high temperature of metal article of turbomachine, which contains connected to external medium channels and/or cavities, in which method at least gaseous precursor of coating to be obtained contains compound of aluminium, is got into contact by means of gas-carrier with surfaces of the article placed in the chamber, at that the pressure in the said chamber remains constant. And gas-carrier is selected of helium or argon, the pressure in the cavity is selected so that average length of free path of gas-carrier molecules at least twice exceeds this size for molecules of argon at the atmospheric pressure. The method is particularly suitable foraluminizing gas turbine blades, which have inner channels and cavities.
