<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll brush which improves the productivity of process steps and versatility in roll brush manufacturing process steps, is eventually inexpensive, eliminates depilation, and satisfies the image quality demanded by markets. <P>SOLUTION: The roll brush 2 is formed by spirally winding a ribbon-like brush body formed by slitting a fabric 18 flocked with brush bristles 104 consisting of synthetic resin fibers to a base fabric 112 consisting of a synthetic resin material on the peripheral surface of a revolving shaft 120, in which ground fabrics 112 on both sides of the brush body 32 and the brush bristles 104 are firmly stuck by pressing a heating member to the fabric 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
