PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the sailing performance of a vessel by essentially improving the shape of a bottom part of the vessel without using a special auxiliary device. SOLUTION: In this vessel, a semi-bottom provided with a keel gradually changes into side parts of the vessel, and an angle of the semi-bottom itself provided with the keel is set at equal to 120 degrees. The side parts of the vessel exist on the same surface with the semi-bottom, and height of the keel is formed at a value same as the width of the semi-bottom or less. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
