PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous film with a film having such advantages that the heat resistance is superb and the adhesion with a resin film is appropriate and further, desirably the impregnation with a heat-curable resin is best-suitably performed, without the necessity to laminate a resin film separately and a winding obtained by winding the porous film in a roll shape. SOLUTION: This porous film comprises an aromatic polyamide with a glass transition temperature Tg of 190 to 350°C containing a total of 80 mol% or higher of a repeating unit having a methaphenylene group and shows voids of 30 to 80%. Further, the porous film with a film has a resin film directly adhering thereto at an interface or through an adhesion adjusting layer. In this porous film with a film, the release strength shown at the time of releasing the porous film from the resin film, is 0 to 50 gf/cm as measured under the test conditions that a tensile speed be 500 mm/min. at 180°peel.
