<p>PURPOSE:To provide the loose flange structure of a duplex pipe sufficiently withstanding bolt fastening load and the thermal expansion of a pipeline without the slip-off of a flange from the pipe during transportation and at the time of vertical piping and facilitating the alignment or the like of a bolt hole. CONSTITUTION:An outer cylinder pipe 5 made of metal is provided at the outer peripheral part of a duplex pipe 1 formed by reinforcing the outer face side of a synthetic resin tube 2, having a collar part 2a at one end, by a fiber- reinforced resin layer 3, and a loose flange 4 is provided on the collar 2a side. A protruding part 5c protruding radially outward is formed on one end 5a side of the outer cylinder pipe 5, and the other end 5b side is fixed by the fiber-reinforced resin layer 3, whereas a recessed groove 4d is circumferentially formed on the inner peripheral surface of the loose flange 4 and rotatably fitted to the protruding part 5c of the outer cylinder pipe 5c.</p> |
