PURPOSE:To obtain an FRP concrete panel which has light weight and excellent strength properties and is easy in striking-in of a nail and superior in handling properties. CONSTITUTION:Passages Y permeable to a solution are joined and unified by a reinforced fiber A. When this reinforced fiber mat 5 is impregnated with a curing resin solution such as an unsaturated polyester resin, a resin impregnated mat wherein only the passage Y permeable to the solution is impregnated with the curing resin is obtain. Then reinforced fiber sheets 1x, 1y impregnated with the curing resin are superposed upon one side or both sides of the resin impregnated mat 5x and when the curing resin is made to harden, an FPR concrete panel comprised of a laminated body having double layer structure is obtained. Hereby, a synthetic concrete panel which has light weight and sufficient structural strength and is easy in striking-in properties or field cutting and superior in handling properties is obtained. |
